Tubing Center Manager

Description: Manage staff, ensure positive customer experience and oversee overall day-to-day operations in our Tubing Center.

Reports To: Lift Operations Manager

Requirements

• Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs and do hard, physical labor
• Must be confident in managing a staff pool of 8-10 people
• Must enjoy working with people and children
• Must be dependable
• Must be 18 yrs old

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Open, set up and prepare Tubing center for daily/evening operation
• Breakdown and close Tubing Center at end of each shift
• Manage staff breaks throughout entire shift
• Work outside in winter conditions for long periods of time
• Maintain a safe work area
• Maintain an aesthetically pleasing and clean work area
• Perform expected amount of snow work; shoveling, raking, moving carpet covers, installing fencing daily
• Display respect for all employees and guests at all times
• Demonstrate a teamwork ethic
• Take initiative to be self-directed
• Complete all paperwork efficiently and legibly
• Report any issues to the appropriate department immediately
• Adhere to all policies and be sure that all guests are following policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
