Description: Manage staff, ensure positive customer experience and oversee overall day-to-day operations in our Tubing Center.
Reports To: Lift Operations Manager
Requirements
- Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs and do hard, physical labor
- Must be confident in managing a staff pool of 8-10 people
- Must enjoy working with people and children
- Must be dependable
- Must be 18 yrs old
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Open, set up and prepare Tubing center for daily/evening operation
- Breakdown and close Tubing Center at end of each shift
- Manage staff breaks throughout entire shift
- Work outside in winter conditions for long periods of time
- Maintain a safe work area
- Maintain an aesthetically pleasing and clean work area
- Perform expected amount of snow work; shoveling, raking, moving carpet covers, installing fencing daily
- Display respect for all employees and guests at all times
- Demonstrate a teamwork ethic
- Take initiative to be self-directed
- Complete all paperwork efficiently and legibly
- Report any issues to the appropriate department immediately
- Adhere to all policies and be sure that all guests are following policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
