Required  Qualifications:

      • Non-Union position.

      •  

        Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.

         

      • Minimum 3 years’ experience maintaining/servicing heavy equipment.

      •  

        Possess a clean and valid Class B driver’s license, current print out required.

      •  

        Works with Equipment Superintendent or Lead man in a timely manner.

      •  

        Must be able to lift 75 lbs. unassisted.

      •  

        Conduct a complete pre-and post-shift safety inspection.

      •  

        Report unsafe conditions, accidents, or incidents immediately to the lead person or Manager.

      •  

        Communicate with the project manager and equipment supervisor on all safety and maintenance needs.

      •  

        Knowledge of truck air brake systems and ability to diagnose and repair problems.

      •  

        Ability to read, understand and apply all schematics, drawings, technical applications and logic.

        Experience on Cat 745 Articulating preferred but not required.

      •  

        Welding experience.

      •  

        Hydraulic & electrical experience.

      •  

        Mid-level diagnostic ability.

      •  

        Ability to perform repairs on components and attachments such cutting edges and tooth replacement.

      •  

        Engine certifications a plus.

      •  

        Cat ET knowledge a plus.

      •  

        MSHA Cert preferred but not required.

      •  

        Must be detail oriented.

      •  

        Ability to multi-task.
