What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do
- Busses, cleans, and resets tables promptly, notifying the host when tables are ready for seating.
- Maintains clean, organized, and fully stocked tables and service stations by practicing “clean as you go” techniques.
- Provides water to guests upon seating and delivers prompt, polite, and courteous service.
- Assists servers by running food and beverages and supporting overall table service as needed.
- Completes all assigned pre-shift and side work, including rolling silverware.
- Delivers dishes and unloads trays in the dish machine area while keeping the dish pit clean and organized.
- Maintains knowledge of daily specials and menu offerings.
- WA Food Handler Card (We can help you with this)
- The ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits -preferred
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Someone who can regularly lift and carry 25 lbs.
