What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do
- Maintain daily sanitation log for both dish machine and manual pot washing sink.
- Clean and sanitize all dish ware, pots, pans, and glass ware either by hand or by using the dish machine.
- Ensure all chemicals are at sufficient levels in the dish machine.
- Be energy conscious and turn off lights when not in use, keep water faucets turned off and report any leaks to supervisor or manager on duty.
- You will be a key player in safety by paying close attention to specific high traffic areas to avoid accidents, slips, trips, and falls.
- Use proper dishes and glass racks to ensure proper cleaning and avoid chips, cracks, or breakage of small wares.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary environment.
- Can learn different tasks within the kitchen and develop new skills.
- Be a part of a team and assist in other areas when business levels dictate.
- Properly recycling all cardboard using the compactor.
- Ability to work on feet for most of the shift
- Ability to obtain a Washington Food Handlers Certification
- Ability to work various days and shifts is highly desired
