Rehabilitation Administrative Assistant
Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM
Skaalen Retirement Services has proudly served residents, families, and the community for over 100 years. We provide a full continuum of care — including independent living, assisted living, rehabilitation, and long-term care. We are seeking a Rehabilitation Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated Therapy and Wellness team!
As a key member of the department, you’ll support the Director of Rehab, Therapists, and Wellness Coordinator with daily operational tasks to ensure that therapy and wellness services run smoothly. You’ll also assist with front desk coverage and help manage our wellness and pool programs.
What You’ll Do
- Manage insurance updates and follow-up as needed.
- Provide front desk coverage for the Skilled Nursing Facility during lunches and as needed.
- Assist with daily therapy and wellness scheduling.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the Therapy Department.
- Support wellness programming, including giving tours, managing pool check-ins, and assisting with related activities.
Schedule & Hours
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM (arrive before pool opens and stay through closing)
- Hours: 40 hours per week
