Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
Conduct patient assessments and document in EHR
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
Maintain HIPAA compliance
Support residents in long-term care and assisted living

Active LPN license in good standing
Wisconsin Registry in good standing
Ability to pass background and drug screening
