We’re seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales & Recruiting Specialist to grow our client base while sourcing top-tier candidates for mission-critical roles. This dual-function position combines business development with full-cycle recruiting, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries
- Conduct client outreach, presentations, and site visits to understand staffing needs
- Develop customized proposals and service agreements aligned with SK’s compliance standards
- Maintain CRM records, track KPIs, and report on pipeline activity
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build candidate pipelines for skilled, semi-skilled, and executive roles
- Conduct background checks, reference verifications, and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with clients to refine job descriptions and retention strategies
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B sales (2 years preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — warm, professional, and persuasive
- Proficiency in ATS/CRM platforms and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of employment law, onboarding compliance, and second-chance hiring practices
- Ability to travel for client meetings, plant tours, and industry events
- Must be able to pass a drug screen, MVR, and federal background check
- Valid driver's license
- Automotive and/or manufacturing knowledge preferred
This is a hybrid position; must be self-motivated.
