Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead divisional IT and digitalization initiatives by developing and executing strategies aligned with both local business goals and the global IT roadmap.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on technology, digital transformation, and innovation
- Oversee the full application lifecycle, ensuring effective design, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement based on business needs.
- Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for new applications and technology-driven solutions.
- Translate business needs and feedback into functional requirements that guide product design and deployment.
- Ensure reliable, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure by implementing best practices and continuously improving systems and services.
- Establish and enforce IT security policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, including cGMP requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing IT organization and promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between IT teams and business stakeholders, and Global IT teams to ensure alignment.
- Manage IT budgets and technology investments to optimize resources, control costs, and support strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain strong vendor and external partner relationships to maximize value and service quality.
- Stay informed of emerging trends and technologies to identify opportunities for efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance business processes and operational excellence.

Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 10 years of experience as an IT professional, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Experience in API Manufacturing and cGMP requirements strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of management and individual contributors.
- Excellent strategic thinking skills, with demonstrated ability to successfully create and implement both short and long range plans to support the business strategy.
