Project Manager I

SKPT pharmteco (SKPT, the Corporation) is a U.S.-based global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) that consolidates the operations of sites worldwide – Korea, France, Ireland, and the United States (CA and PA). Built on over 75 years of experience, SK pharmteco is a trusted partner specializing in the manufacture of small molecule APIs and intermediates, viral vectors for gene therapies, cell therapies, registered starting materials and analytical services for the pharmaceutical industry worldwide.

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager I to support client-facing programs focused on innovative therapies for patients. This role partners closely with Scientific Program Leaders and cross-functional teams to manage schedules, budgets, reporting, and program execution from proposal through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage program schedules, timelines, budgets, and reporting activities
• Coordinate communication and information flow across internal teams and clients
• Track program progress, milestones, risks, and scope changes
• Partner with Program Leaders to develop execution plans and meet critical milestones
• Collaborate with Finance and Business Development on forecasting, billing, and budget management
• Support programs throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closeout
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant drug development or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
• Experience in project management and matrix team environments
• Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Tableau, SAP, MS Teams, or similar platforms
