- Assemble invoicing documentation and ensure required information is included prior to submission.
- Record and apply customer payments following established procedures.
- Provide support for month-end close activities as assigned.
- Assist with basic receivables reporting and data reconciliation.
- Provide documentation and support for audits when requested.
- Follow company policies, accounting procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Identify potential billing issues and escalate to senior team members.
- Participate in process improvement efforts and training initiatives.
- 0-1 years of related experience preferred and a high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic organizational and time management skills;
