Role and Responsibilities: Cell/Module tear down analysis & report Analysis for battery materials and components. Root cause analysis of defect and failure battery products, Development and application of new analytic method for defect batteries. Develop & report effective quality measurements and analysis results. Oversees analysis work and provides work support and intellectual guidance to team members. Keep senior manager & team member posted on the technical trend focused at battery quality analysis. Test equipment management and new analysis equipment establishment. Skill and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Science Major, Chemistry/Electro Chemistry or related field At least 5 years of experience in related fields or equivalent Advanced in Microsoft Office Deep understanding and expertise in battery materials and failure cause analysis. Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and team-oriented communication skills to effectively work with diverse groups of people. Experience in automotive/chemical manufacturing industry (Preferred) Experience in management of validation laboratory (Preferred) SK Battery America is the global leading battery manufacturer for electric vehicles.
