The job:
As our Customer Service Specialist, your primary role will be to Accurately and professionally correspond with customers via phone and email. You will answer product/service questions, provide delivery status updates and tracking information, resolve issues in a timely manner and engage other departments within the company as needed. You will process standard catalog product orders by entering data into our ERP system, entering commissions and sending confirmations to customers. You will be expected to collaborate with a variety of functional areas including sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, supply chain and operations to support our customers.

To succeed in this role, you must:
- Be extremely detail oriented
- Possess excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external customers
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and be able to multi-task
- Have strong organizational skills
- Have experience in customer service doing computer-based order entry and answering phones – in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Possess strong computer skills
- Be willing to train on the production floor to learn our products
A high school diploma is required and a 2-year degree is preferred. At least 1-2 years of computer based order entry is required.
