What you will do:
As our Switch Production Assembler, you will assist the Operations Team with assembling components to make products that help control and monitor one of the world’s most valuable and limited resources – Water! This position works at our Detroit Lakes, MN location.
The job:
Every day, your primary role will be to build float switches according to the production schedule. You will have the opportunity to work with tools, machines, robots, and automation equipment. You will work in a safe, clean and air-conditioned environment!
The skills you need:
To succeed in this role, you must be a dependable team player and have a willingness to learn new skills. You should take pride in your workmanship and being productive. You will receive training to learn everything you need to know to be successful as a Switch Production Assembler and build your future. No other experience or knowledge is required.

What shifts are available? We have day shift available 6:00 am – 4:30 pm (Monday - Thursday and 6:00 am - 11:00 am Friday) or 7:00 am - 5:30 pm (Monday - Thursday and 7:00 am - 12:00 pm Friday).

What is your Paid Time Off and holiday policy? Up to 3 weeks the first year and an additional week off after 1 year of service as well as 8 paid holidays each year.
