Registered Physical Therapist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide expert physical therapy services to diverse patient populations, including geriatric, orthopedic, and inpatient care. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of patients’ physiology, anatomy, and medical history
• Conduct patient evaluations and monitor progress across outpatient clinics, inpatient units, home health settings, and rehabilitation centers
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and discharge strategies
• Manage clinical documentation accurately while maintaining compliance with clinical standards
• Assist patients with therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, mobility exercises, and other physiotherapy modalities to promote recovery
• Provide patient education on injury prevention, post-treatment care, and community resources for ongoing support
• Participate in discharge planning processes to ensure seamless transition from hospital or outpatient setting to home or community environments

Requirements

• Valid license as a Registered Physical Therapist in the respective jurisdiction
• Proven experience practicing in a physical therapy role within outpatient clinics, inpatient hospitals, or home health settings
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical documentation standards
• Experience working with geriatric patients, neurology cases, orthopedics, and outpatient rehabilitation programs
• Familiarity with Kinnser/Wellsky software for accurate documentation and communication
• Ability to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals
• Excellent client communication skills to educate patients effectively and foster trust during therapy sessions
