Job Title: Head Chef/Kitchen Manager

Job Description:
SJ Riding Camp is searching for a Head Chef for summer 2026! We are looking for an experienced food service professional who can manage two meals a day for up to 80 people.
This is an in-person position located in Ellington, CT.
Schedule:
- 8-10 hour shifts 6 days per week
- June 6th through August 23rd.
Prerequisites:
- Must pass background and criminal record checks
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a professional culinary environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage kitchen staff
- Experience with cooking for large groups
- Experience cooking from scratch
- Flexibility and creativity with adjusting to a changing environment
- Servsafe certification preferred
Benefits:
- Salary range $800-$1200/week
