About us
We are a high-end, full-service remodeling company located in Carlisle, PA. We specialize in remodels, renovations, and restorations to private homes and commercial buildings. We provide the skills and tools necessary for remodeling a bathroom to rebuilding a house. We supply flooring, drywall, roofing, painting, and other restorative services. We focus on providing our customers with not only quality work, but also a quality experience from the first estimate through to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion
- Perform quality control and ensure all work is up to standard
- Develop project plans, including goals, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure successful execution
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and objectives
- Communicate with supervisors to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues
- Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Experience in Remodeling or Restoration Services
- Experience in project portfolio management and process management systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
