Overview
We are looking for a skilled Painter/Laborer to join our team, performing a variety of painting and labor tasks in commercial and industrial environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with diverse surfaces and finishes, a strong understanding of color theory and application techniques, and a commitment to quality and safety. This role involves working on construction sites, preparing and finishing surfaces to deliver high-quality results while upholding our values of integrity and honesty. Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer, ensuring meticulous attention to quality.
- Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment, delivering consistent and professional results.
- Work with materials such as stucco and drywall, ensuring proper application and finishes that meet industry standards.
- Assist in fixture installation as required by project specifications, maintaining accuracy and integrity in all tasks.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, adhering to safety standards and honest resource management.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications, fostering a supportive and honest work environment.
- Perform welding tasks when necessary, ensuring quality and precision in support of project requirements.
