A rapidly growing and highly respected family law firm is seeking a Senior Trial Attorney to join its expanding California team. This is a unique leadership opportunity for an experienced litigator looking to handle sophisticated family law matters while playing a key role in launching and growing the firm’s new San Jose office.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex family law litigation matters from inception through trial
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and court proceedings
- Manage high-net-worth divorce and custody matters involving complex financial issues
- Develop litigation strategies and provide strong client advocacy
- Mentor and collaborate with junior attorneys and support staff as the office grows
- Assist in establishing and expanding the San Jose office operations and culture
Candidate Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 5 years of Family Law experience
- Strong courtroom, litigation, and trial experience
- Ability to independently manage sophisticated family law cases
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
