The ideal candidates will possess solid accounting knowledge, strong client service skills, and prior experience managing engagements, reviewing work, and collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, workpapers, and accounting reports
• Manage accounting and assurance engagements from planning through completion
• Supervise and mentor junior staff and seniors
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and firm procedures
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify process improvements and provide accounting recommendations
• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and engagement management
• Collaborate with partners and leadership on client deliverables and deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Relevant public accounting and/or corporate accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience reviewing work and managing client engagements
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification or progress toward CPA preferred
• Prior experience in a Senior, Supervisor, or Manager-level role preferred
• Public accounting experience strongly preferred
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
