Key Responsibilities
- Greet all guests promptly with a genuine smile and positive attitude
- Manage waitlists efficiently using reservation and seating systems
- Communicate accurate wait times and manage guest expectations
- Coordinate seating to optimize table turnover and server balance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting host stand and entrance area
- Answer phones professionally and assist with reservations
- Assist guests with special requests and accommodate needs whenever possible
- Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth service flow
- Thank guests sincerely as they depart and invite them to return
- Outgoing, extroverted personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking confidently to large groups and handling high guest traffic
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Prior host or customer service experience preferred (high-volume experience a plus)
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES
- 5 DAYS OF PTO (after 1 year and minimum avg. hours worked requirements are met)
- INSURANCE AFTER 60 DAYS: Minimum average hours requirement must be met
