1. Role Summary
The Director of Marketing at Sixth Element Homes will build, lead, and execute all marketing
activities across the company, including brand development, digital marketing, community
marketing, content creation, and support for home sales. This role is highly hands-on and ideal
for a builder-minded marketer who can operate strategically while also managing day-to-day
execution. You will create the marketing foundation for a fast-growing homebuilding and
development company expanding across the DFW region.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Brand Management & Creative Direction
• Establish and maintain the Sixth Element Homes brand identity.
• Develop brand style guides and apply consistent branding across all channels.
• Lead creative development for campaigns, brochures, signage, and master-planned
community branding.
B. Community & Project Marketing
• Plan and execute marketing launches for new communities (e.g., Radiant Springs, Golden
Estates, Lotus Creek Estates, McKinney, Krugerville, etc.).
• Coordinate with Sales, Development, and Construction to prepare materials for each
community:
o Site maps
o Amenity marketing
o Plan books
o Price sheets
o Model home assets
• Oversee photography, videography, drone shoots, renderings, and community
storytelling.C. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
• Manage the website strategy, updates, SEO/SEM, analytics, and content refresh cycles.
• Lead paid advertising across Google, Meta, Zillow, Realtor.com, and other platforms.
• Build full-funnel lead generation to support monthly sales targets.
• Implement CRM automations and workflows in HubSpot (in collaboration with Sales).
D. Sales Enablement & Buyer Journey
• Support Sales leadership with marketing tools that increase conversions:
o Brochures
o Email campaigns
o Community packets
o Realtor outreach materials
o Model home marketing assets
• Create a refined customer journey: first contact → nurturing → contract → closing →
warranty → referral.
E. Content Strategy & Communications
• Develop and manage content calendars for social media, blogs, newsletters, email
sequences, and PR.
• Craft messaging that reflects quality, innovation, and disciplined execution—core Sixth
Element values.
• Oversee the creation of videos, storytelling content, lifestyle photography, and digital
assets.
F. Vendor, Budget & Project Management
• Manage relationships with marketing agencies, creative partners, printers, signage
companies, photographers, and media buyers.
• Build and manage the marketing budget across communities and campaigns.
• Ensure ROI-driven marketing decisions with monthly reporting.
G. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work directly with:
o VP Sales, Lands & Entitlements
o EVP Development & Construction
o CFO & Finance
o Investor Relations
o Legal
• Support marketing needs for investor communications, community announcements, and
corporate initiatives.
3. Required Qualifications
• 5–10 years of marketing experience, ideally in:
o Homebuilding
o Residential development
o Real estate marketing
o Consumer brand or lifestyle marketing
• Strong portfolio of branding, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
• Demonstrated ability to launch communities and drive measurable lead generation.
• Proficiency with:
o HubSpot
o Google Ads / Meta Ads
o Google Analytics
o Canva, Adobe, or creative tools
o Website CMS & SEO
• Strong writing ability and aesthetic judgment.
• Experience working in a fast-growing or entrepreneurial company is a plus.
4. Preferred Skills
• Understanding of home plans, elevations, site plans, and development stages.
• Familiarity with Buildertrend, QBO, and Power BI.
• Experience managing photographers, agencies, and vendors.
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
• Strong project management and deadline discipline.
