Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their wireless and service needs.
- Present and explain AT&T products, services, promotions, and available options.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through effective communication, upselling, and personalized service.
- Assist customers with pricing inquiries, product information, and order placement to maximize sales opportunities.
- Recommend solutions based on each customers individual needs.
- Provide professional and knowledgeable customer service.
Qualities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with customers.
- Must be 18 or older.
