- Ensure guests meet all height, weight, and safety requirements for each slide
- Make sure guests ride attractions safely and in the correct position
- Operate attractions efficiently and follow all safety procedures
- Stay alert and respond quickly to emergencies using learned training
- Maintain Ellis & Associates safety standards once certified
- Attend required monthly in‑service training sessions
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Follow Enchanted Parks' Guest‑First and Aquatics safety standards
- Arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance
- Assist in other areas of the Aquatics department when needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Minimum age: 16
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high‑pressure situations
- Willingness to complete and pass all required lifeguard, CPR, and first‑aid training through Ellis & Associates
- Ability to stand in water up to 3 feet deep for extended periods
- Ability to enter and exit pools or attractions without assistance
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and stay attentive throughout shifts
