What You'll Do
- Greet guests with a friendly attitude and positive energy
- Take food and drink orders and serve guests quickly and politely
- Prepare and cook food following safety and quality standards
- Operate a cash register or POS system
- Keep your stand clean, organized, and stocked
- Help with stand setup, restocking, and endofday cleaning
- Work as part of a team to handle busy crowd times
- Follow Enchanted Parks' standards for Friendly, Clean, Fast, Safe service
What We're Looking For
- Minimum age: 16
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
- Willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must follow park policies, procedures, and grooming guidelines
- Must have or be able to obtain a Hepatitis A vaccination
- ServSafe Alcohol Certification required only for ages 21 (company provided)
- Friendly, polite, and comfortable interacting with guests
Other Duties
Additional tasks may be assigned as needed to support daily park operations.
