Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process and prepare reports.
- Screen applications and complete phone interviews.
- Assist with onboarding activities when necessary.
- Maintain candidate records and databases.
- Communicate with candidates and provide updates.
- Some college coursework preferred, especially in Human Resources
- Business Administration, or a related field or previous experience in Recruiting, employee relations, or HR functions
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
