Escrow Closer

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Escrow Closer to join our title company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the final stages of real estate transactions, ensuring all escrow procedures are completed accurately and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of mortgage processes, legal contracts, and regulatory compliance, including FNMA guidelines and Fair Housing regulations. The Escrow Closer will work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to facilitate smooth closings and maintain high standards of customer service.

Duties

• Prepare and review closing documents, including ALTA disclosures, contracts, and loan agreements.
• Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and clients to schedule closing appointments.
• Ensure all necessary documentation complies with federal and state regulations.
• Manage escrow accounts accurately, including disbursement of funds in accordance with loan terms.
• Perform basic math calculations for escrow balances, prorations, and fee allocations using 10-key typing skills.
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions and ensure timely completion of closings.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
