We're looking for a builder who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and pioneer new approaches to hiring.Responsibilities Include:Design & Implement Hiring Strategies: Develop creative sourcing strategies, manage the full-cycle recruiting process, and iterate based on data to consistently meet hiring goals.Understand Hiring Needs: Partner with engineering leaders to create accurate role definitions, set clear expectations, and prioritize requisitions.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with the broader team to ensure alignment on hiring goals, champion best practices, and share insights that inform overall talent strategy.Build & Maintain Recruiting Infrastructure: Select and integrate tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, etc.) that enable a seamless, data-driven recruiting process.Champion Data-Driven Hiring: Track and report key metrics to inform decision-making, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve the candidate experience.Stay Ahead of Recruiting Trends: Keep a pulse on emerging tools, platforms, and best practices to attract world-class engineering talent in a competitive market.Requirements5-8 years of technical recruiting experience at a fast-paced environment or B2B SaaS company, ideally with exposure to full-cycle recruiting.Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with engineering roles, tech stacks, and the ability to engage meaningfully with technical candidates.Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building pipelines, closing top 1% engineering candidates, and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.Self-Motivated & Adaptable: Ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment—able to pivot quickly while remaining laser-focused on hiring goals.Strong Communication Skills: Adept at articulating role requirements and company vision to candidates, and translating complex feedback into clear action items.Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using metrics to drive insights, identify trends, and refine recruiting strategies.Bonus PointsPrevious startup experience as an early technical recruiter.Compensation: The expected base salary range for this role is $120,000 – $200,000 USD annually.
