Seeking Full-Time Nanny for Eight-Month-Old Baby Girl Starting in October

We seek a nanny starting around October 5, though are flexible, with hours from 9 AM to 5 PM. We intend to respect and treat our new addition like a member of our family. We hope someone can engage our eight-month-old with sensory play, reading, creative activities, maintain a nap schedule, assist with feeding and meal prep, diaper changes and hygiene, and the baby's laundry and tidying. My mother helps us with caring for our baby, so we'd love someone comfortable with that dynamic and prior experience with infants. We would love someone who is naturally kind, patient, organized, reliable, and an excellent communicator to join our warm and positive family.
