They are looking for a long-term fit and a professional nanny who is excited to grow alongside their family for many years to come. The ideal candidate has longevity working with families and is comfortable supporting households as their family evolves. They are also interested in candidates who would be comfortable working alongside a nanny counterpart in the future.
Children: 5-month-old
Compensation: $45-$55/ hr
Schedule: 50 guaranteed hrs/week, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am-5:30 pm.
Benefits: 4-weeks PTO (two weeks to be scheduled around family travel), paid sick days, paid major holidays, a $500 monthly healthcare stipend, a $1k continuing education stipend, travel stipend, and mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate for on-the-job travel.
Start Date: Mid-January, 2027
