Child: 1 child, 3-year-old girl; active, curious, attends bilingual Spanish-English preschool in TriBeCa
Family: Warm Chelsea family seeking a long-term nanny. Parents value open communication, collaboration, and supporting independence.
Role: School pickup (walk/public transit), plan age-appropriate activities, outdoor play, meals/snacks, playdates, bath, child laundry, light tidying, occasional grocery pickup, daily updates/photos
You: High-energy, dependable, punctual, proactive, knowledgeable about child development, fosters learning, confidence, problem-solving, and consistent boundaries
Pay: $34-$39/hr
Benefits: 2 wks PTO, 5 sick/personal days, 6 federal holidays, weekly OMNY pass, healthcare reimbursement discussable, growth opportunities, overnight stipend if needed
