Seeking FT Nanny/Family Assistant for Toddler, must be comfortable around dogs

We are relocating to ABQ and seeking a kind, reliable full-time nanny for our 15-month-old daughter. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, with 40 guaranteed paid hours/week, even if we don't need the full day. Benefits include 10 paid vacation days, 8 paid sick days, 6 paid holidays, and mileage reimbursement for outings. Opportunities for bonuses throughout the year. I prepare all meals in advance - they only need to be warmed and served. We are looking for someone who is caring, safety-conscious, nurturing, engages through age-appropriate activities, is reliable & can fill a bit of a "family assistant" role on the weeks I am off of work & do not need childcare. We value honesty, communication and openness. CPR/First Aid, toddler experience, 3 recent references, & a clean driving record required. We hope to find someone long-term! We do have one mini Aussie, but pet care is not needed.
