Mom is a stay at home mom, so please be comfortable with this dynamic. There will be times when mom is gone all day, so she is looking for someone who is able to be full charge nanny and mommy partner. There will be times when it is important to know how to read a room – if mom wants to be with the kids, that would be the perfect time for you to do laundry, sanitize toys, meal prep or tidy up. Mom wants every day to be a great day for the nanny and children, so please have great professional boundaries! Please be passport ready! You will either have your own room or share a room with one of the kids when traveling. Flexibility is very important. This is roughly a 50 hr/wk job. 130k/year
