Housekeeper with Minimal Child Assistance

We’re a fun, busy family of 5 with two working parents looking for a reliable housekeeper with light childcare help. Main focus is housekeeping: cleaning a 4-bed/3-bath home, laundry, steaming clothes, organizing/decluttering, prepping lunches for next day, and assisting with dinner prep (like cutting veggies, crockpot prep, etc.). Childcare is limited to helping our three kids (two 5-year-olds and one almost 4) with breakfast, getting ready, walking them to school at 8:15am (5-min walk), then picking them up in the afternoon at 4pm, giving a snack, and prepping for activities. Must love dogs (we have an Australian Shepherd). Hours: start 7:30 AM, end by 4:30 PM, but flexible—5–6 hrs likely enough.
