Elder companion

I'm looking for someone to come to my house twice week for a few hours each day to stay with my 85 year old mother with dementia. She's mostly self suffcient, but I would like someone to make sure she gets out of bed by 11ish each day and gets dressed, takes her morning meds, and has breakfast and lunch (she can usually get this on her own). It would also be helpful to have someone help her with her simple leg strengthening exercises that she's learned in PT. She can shower and dress on her own, but I'm fine with her showering every other day. She can do most things on her own, but she tends to get very confused, and she needs some coaxing to get moving on things. And it would be good if someone can do some activities with her - puzzles, games, cards, go for walks with her walker, etc. She often asks what she can do to help around the house so sometimes I'll leave notes to empty the dishwasher or some small task like that - sometimes she will do them and sometimes she won't. She often thinks she can do more than she actually can. She falls often (hence the PT). She does her own laundry, but I don't hover over her when she does it, so I'm not sure if she's doing it correctly, or even remembering to use detergent. As it seems to be with most dementia patients, some days are better than others. I will assume that as her dementia develops more, that I may need more assistance down the road. I just really like the idea of having the same person come in on the same 2 days each week, just to give her a regular routine with familiar people. When there are any disruptions, she tends to get very confused.
