Seeking an experienced, professional career nanny for two children, ages 4 and 1.
Schedule: Tue–Thu, 8AM–6PM | Fri–Sat, 12PM–12AM
Someone flexible with 8 years of paid nanny experience, with an early childhood education or development background. Nurturing, proactive, organized, and confident caring for infants and toddlers, strong understanding of child development, age-appropriate activities, and developmental milestones. Must be a mature, seasoned career nanny who brings professionalism, and a long-term commitment to the role.
Responsibilities include managing the children’s routines, planning engaging and age-appropriate activities, meal prep, children’s laundry, organizing bedroom/play areas, and school drop-offs/pick-ups if needed.
English is required, Spanish is a plus. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must be able to travel with the family and spend the whole summer in Nantucket.
Long-term, W-2 position with competitive salary, PTO, and paid holidays.
