Energetic/clean nanny/mother's helper for 2 preschool children; flexibility key

We’re looking for a warm, energetic & flexible nanny/mother’s helper for ~15–30 hrs/week. We value raising kind, respectful, curious kids who help others, love learning & stay active. We want someone who prioritizes play outside, naturally cleans up as they go & reinforces the above values. We like a clean home and want our limited free time focused on our kids. So during nap time, we’d want help with cleaning/tidying. French a plus.

We’ll share which days to hold ~2 weeks ahead, then firm up hours closer to the date. Some weeks are 3–4 days, others 4–7. Open to hourly or salary. We value clear, upfront communication on both sides.
