Energetic Full-Time Nanny for Newborn and Two Toddlers

About the Family:
This warm, high-energy family is looking for a nanny ready to make a long-term commitment and become a true partner in their home. They want someone energetic and hands-on, someone who loves to get down on the floor, head to the park, and be fully present in play rather than supervising from the sidelines.

The primary focus of this role is caring for a newborn and two toddlers, ages four and two, while the older children are primarily in the care of a secondary nanny. Beyond active play, the family is looking for someone who enjoys reading with the children, planning age-appropriate activities, and organizing arts and crafts. A willingness to travel with the family is a plus. Support with light household tasks such as tidying shared spaces, organizing children's items, and helping with dishes is also part of the role. The family values warmth, humor, and initiative, and wants someone who can thrive in a lively household, grow alongside their children, and truly become part of their rhythm for the long haul.

Responsibilities:
- Full childcare - primarily for the youngest three
- School pick-up
- Drive to and from activities
- Child laundry
- Household management (tidy common areas, organize closets, run/empty dishwasher, light housekeeping)

Compensation:
- Pay: $30-$35/hr gross
- Paid Vacation: 2 weeks (1 family choice, 1 nanny choice)
- Paid sick/personal: 5 days
- Paid Holidays: 6 major federal holidays

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of full-time nanny experience
- Newborn experience
- Experience with young siblings
- Personal vehicle and room for 2-3 car seats
- Clean driving record
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Willing to travel - BONUS!
