What are the responsibilities and job description for the elderly caregiver/companion position at Sittercity.com?
Need caregivers/companions 7 days a week/24 hours a day for a pleasant, friendly 100 year old female with no cognitive issues other than minimal short term memory deficits and safety concerns. This is not a live in situation. This is for shift work. She is walker dependent and continent. She needs stand by assistance for toileting and showering. She is independent with most of her ADLs, but may need minimal assistance (ie: medication reminders and dressing). Her overnight care requires safety needs to ensure she does not get out of bed by herself without her walker.
