After school nanny for 3 kiddos

Hi there! We are looking for a dependable nanny for our three kids—ages 6, 10, 10. The position starts on August 17th and involves weekday afternoons. Days would start around 2, ends around 6:30-7. Help get downstairs ready for arrival from school, start laundry and get snack for kids. Help with homework and make sure they do their work/chores and play, etc. then prepare (or help) dinner. 1 parent works from home but also out and about depending on work and kiddo obligations. Looking for someone to help keep everyone organized. Looking for someone who enjoys being around lively kids and has some conflict resolution skills as inevitable spats arise.
