I'm looking for a warm, organized, proactive assistant to work alongside me with my 2.5yo. This is a blended role: engaged toddler care practical help keeping our day on track.
You'll help us review the day, give friendly time checks ("we need to start getting ready in 20"), prep bags, some laundry/dishes/toys, snacks, focused childcare while I do OT exercises/work
looking for that great exec-assistant energy: calendar awareness, advance prep, kind accountability.
Ideal: reliable, punctual, loves toddlers, takes initiative, calm with transitions, comfortable saying "I've got Taz for the next hour."
