can own the partner relationship, drive contract execution, and work hand-in-hand with product and
engineering to deliver real capability to warfighters. You'll be the connective tissue between what we
build and who we build it for. This is a high-ownership role where your judgment and relationships

Key Responsibilities
- Mission Owner: Lead end-to-end execution of contract deliverables — from requirements
operational needs and exceeds partner expectations.
- Communication Owner: Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner communications on
stakeholders informed and engaged throughout.
- Product Collaboration: Work directly with the product team to translate partner needs,

- Engineering Partnership: Bridge the gap between partner operations and engineering execution.

What You Bring
- Army intelligence background with hands-on experience in intelligence operations, analysis, and
- Experience managing partner relationships and delivering against contract requirements in a
- The ability to work across functions — comfortable with product discussions, engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical
- Demonstrated ownership and bias for action in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Comfort working in an early-stage company where process is being built, not inherited.
- In-person in Washington DC / Northern VA required.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to support mission engagements and partner relationships.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
- Experience on Mission Success, program management, or partner delivery teams within defense
- Familiarity with AI/ML products, particularly in intelligence, operational planning, or decision
- Background working with joint organizations or multi-service environments.
- Experience translating operational feedback into product roadmap inputs.
