What You’ll Own
- Full P&L responsibility (revenue, gross margin, EBITDA)
- Sales performance across service, install, and replacement
- Team leadership across field, office, and sales functions
- KPI-driven accountability systems and performance management
- Operational efficiency (dispatch, scheduling, job costing, capacity)
- Pricing strategy, promotions, and revenue planning
- Identifying performance gaps and executing fast, effective solutions
- Customer experience that drives repeat business and referrals
- Partnership with ownership on growth strategy and expansion
- Proven P&L ownership (non-negotiable)
- Experience in HVAC, home services, or related trades preferred
- Strong leadership track record—building and holding teams accountable
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
- Track record of driving revenue growth while maintaining or improving margins
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-change environments
- Military leadership experience strongly preferred
- $140K - 180K base salary
- 30% bonus at plan
