Tri-Axle Dump Truck Driver

Class A or B CDL Tri-Axle Dump Truck Driver
Position will start as soon as applicant is available. We are seeking a safe and professional Tri-axle Dump Driver to join our team! Drivers are responsible for hauling construction related materials to support our projects in the Charleston area. Compensation will be based on experience. The position includes paid holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain DOT driving qualifications including medical certification
• Safely operate equipment and obey traffic and DOT rules and regulations
• Haul materials for our jobsites including select fill, crushed concrete, etc.
• Properly track and document all hauling activities with tickets and weekly log form
• Keep company vehicles clean and report any safety concerns or problems immediately
• Inspect truck daily before and after hauling
• Perform maintenance such as oil changes, greasing, etc.
• Class A drivers occasionally move light equipment with tag axle (dozers, backhoes, skid steers, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience driving tri-axle
• Commercial driver's license (class A or B)
• No major traffic violations (speeding 25 , DUI, reckless driving, etc.)
• Strong work ethic
• Pass drug test
