Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Charleston, SC, for a Construction Bookkeeper. The Construction Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, managing bookkeeping tasks, and handling accounting software. Tasks will also include recording journal entries and overseeing day-to-day financial operations to ensure accurate and efficient financial management within the company.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Statements and basic knowledge of finance
- Experience with Bookkeeping and managing Journal Entries (Accounting)
- Familiarity with Accounting Software and financial tools
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
