Our Assistant Site Superintendent is a part of the design process and will assist in the on-site development of the project and oversees the day-to-day progress. Travel may be required based on project locations.
The salary range is $55,000-80,000. The salary may vary within the range based on factors such as location of the role, and a candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Assistant Site Superintendent Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and management of construction schedules from demolition to occupancy.
- Ensure projects are within the project plan and specification scope.
- Support team members in the bid process.
- Ensure projects are on time and within schedule.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, daily logs, requests for proposals, and schedules.
- Build a positive relationship with the Owners of the projects assigned.
- Maintain up-to-date records of the projects during the addendums and modifications throughout the project.
- Review monthly red line as-builts of each prime contractor to and take the lead to acquire red line as-builts at the end of the project from all prime contractors.
- Participate in the design development process of assigned projects.
- Assist the Project Management and Engineering teams with proposed systems, design, implementation, commissioning, and warranty phases.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- 0-2 years experience.
- Valid drivers license with reliable vehicle
- Experience with computer programs including MS Office, Procore proficiency is a plus
- Ability to work with individuals at all levels of development
- Ability to organize and work effectively with project teams and clients
- Understanding of general contracting methods and techniques
- Ability to sit, walk, stand, and climb ladders frequently
