What are the responsibilities and job description for the Welders 1st shift Temp - Hire position at SITE Staffing, Inc?
Welders should be experienced in hardwire and/or metal core. We currently do not do fluxcore welding but may in the future. Experience with using jib cranes, overhead cranes, and forklifts is important. Having knowledge of AWS D1.1 is a plus as we need to certify our welders to that.

- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
