Medical Device Assembler

Position Title: Machine Operator/Inspection (3rd Shift)

Shift Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM

Pay Rate: $19.50–$20.00 per hour (or higher, based on experience)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator to oversee multiple machines in a cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate will have prior machine operation experience and the ability to adhere to strict current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate multiple machines simultaneously to ensure efficient production.
• Verify correct components are used and inspect parts for quality and compliance.
• Ensure materials are readily available at workstations to maintain continuous workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
• Meet established production output and performance targets.
• Accurately document production data, including part counts and defect tracking.
• Perform in-process inspections and ensure proper documentation of work, including that of team members when required.
• Conduct multiple operations within a designated group of machines.
• Keep equipment, tools, and spare parts properly maintained and organized.
• Support additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven experience in machine operation within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and multitask effectively under deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Solid mathematical skills and attention to detail.
