The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our high-growth sales organization. This role is perfect for a hunter who thrives on building relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and closing net-new business.
What You'll Do
- Generate Vertically-Specific Leads
- Identify and prospect high-value opportunities within assigned vertical markets (e.g., automotive, travel, retail, etc.). Develop and execute vertical outreach campaigns, leveraging Site Impact’s data and marketing tools.
- Build & Manage Pipeline
- Create, qualify, and nurture a robust pipeline of potential clients from first contact to signed contract. Maintain accurate forecasting and activity tracking in the CRM.
- Close New Logos & Drive New Revenue
- Deliver compelling solution presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Negotiate terms and close deals that meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals.
- Transition to Account Management
- Seamlessly hand off closed accounts to the Client Services/Account Management team for onboarding and long-term success. Provide clear documentation and insights to ensure a smooth transition.
- Collaborate & Grow
- Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Client Services to provide market feedback and drive continual improvement. Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Consistent achievement of or surpassing of sales quotas.
- Familiarity with marketing/advertising solutions and digital performance metrics a plus.
