What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Site Design Concepts, Inc.?
We are searching for a motivated individual to join our Team of professionals as we design, plan, and survey the communities in which we live, work, and play.
As an Office Assistant, you will work closely with the Office Manager and Company Staff to provide support to our Employees and Clients, as well as prepare documentation and assist with office management, along with some marketing support. This is a full-time position with work hours generally from 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Position Requirements:
- Degree in business administration or a high school or business school diploma;
- 2 years of related experience;
- Ability to multi-task, work alone and as a member of a Team;
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Working in our office in York, PA (this is not a remote position).
