YOUR NEW ROLE:
The Brand Activation Manager at Sisu Clinic will create engaging, memorable experiences that connect patients with the Sisu brand. You will lead initiatives to build recognition, loyalty, and buzz through brand activation strategies, including curated events, pop-ups, digital campaigns, and creative guerrilla marketing where appropriate. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring every patient interaction reflects Sisu’s commitment to excellence, care, and integrity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Activation
- Develop and execute campaigns that create direct, memorable interactions with patients.
- Plan experiential events, product sampling, pop-ups, and digital activations.
- Ensure all campaigns reflect Sisu’s values and brand tone, prioritizing high-quality, patient-focused experiences.
Guerrilla Marketing
- Implement unconventional, creative marketing tactics in appropriate public or digital spaces to generate buzz and awareness.
- Examples include street-level stunts, interactive installations, ambient marketing, or flash mobs.
- Focus on creativity and surprise while maintaining Sisu’s sophisticated and professional image.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with marketing, design, operations, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to inform future campaigns, bringing innovation and creativity to Sisu’s marketing.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track campaign performance and patient engagement, providing actionable insights to the marketing team.
- Continuously optimize activations based on feedback and results, striving for excellence and measurable impact.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of experience in brand activation, experiential marketing, or guerrilla marketing.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking with excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Comfortable working across multiple markets and occasionally outside standard hours for event execution.
- Experience with high-end wellness or aesthetics brands is a plus.
